The practice grew out of Berlin's graffiti scene in the late nineties — trainlines, shutters, station platforms. Almost none of it still exists. Buffed, sprayed over, demolished.
What remains is the hand.
THE DISCIPLINE
Spraying in the street is its own discipline. Within a strict time limit, an artist learns to make instinctive decisions about composition, colour and form — while building a hand that stands out among thousands of others.
Over a lifetime that produces thousands of works. Each one spontaneous, individual, impossible to repeat.

His primary medium is the wall — a space where art becomes a direct dialogue with society and with other artists. Works on canvas belong to a separate chapter of the practice, which is why each one is exceptionally rare.
